Suites
These will be let with perimeter (inter tenancy) walls constructed, suspended ceilings, fluorescent lights, air conditioning and carpet.
If a prospective tenant does not have the expertise, resources or time to co-ordinate / undertake the necessary fit-out works, the developers are prepared to fit out a particular tenancy subject to agreed financial terms.
Sessional Rooms
A suite of sessional rooms has been set up for both specialists and allied health professionals such as psychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists etc. Sovereign Health manages these rooms and provides reception, administration, and typing support as required.
