Dr Simon Glance completed an Honours degree in Pharmacology at Monash University before undertaking medical studies at the University of Sydney.
His Specialist training was done at Royal Melbourne Hospital (Parkville) and Monash Medical Centre (Clayton) where he developed a broad understanding of general Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
He has an interest in all areas of Gastroenterology & Hepatology including – Endoscopy, Capsule Endoscopy (now available at GastroNorth), Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (Crohn’s Disease/Ulcerative Colitis), Functional Bowel Disorders (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), Liver Diseases (Hepatitis B/C & Autoimmune Hepatitis) and Gastroparesis.
Dr Tin Nguyen – MBBS(Hons) MD FRACP Gastroenterologist / Endoscopist
Dr Tin Nguyen graduated with First Class Honours from Monash Medical School in 2000. Dr Tin Nguyen completed his specialist Gastroenterology training at The Alfred and St Vincent’s Hospital in Melbourne. During this time, he was exposed to a wide spectrum of gastroenterological conditions and endoscopic procedures.
Dr Tin Nguyen maintains a broad range of interests in all areas of Gastroenterology including endoscopy, viral hepatitis, inflammatory bowel disease and functional bowel disorders. He is a Staff Gastroenterologist at St Vincent’s Hospital (Fitzroy) and The Northern Hospital (Epping).
